Modified moist occlusive burn therapy: a novel therapeutic approach for thermal burns
改良湿润闭塞性烧伤疗法:一种治疗热烧伤的新方法
【Abstract】
Severe thermal burns usually result in complex facial problems such as contracture and formation of hyper/hypopigmentation, contracture, hypertrophic scars or deformity, with patients often requiring reconstructive surgery. Therefore, seeking a superior and reliable burn therapy remains a great challenge for plastic and burn surgeons. However, the optimal treatment of thermal injuries remains controversial. In the 1960s, a new therapeutic concept, that sterile polyethylene film might be used as a type of moist occlusive dressing, was successively proposed. Below we present a hypothesis that combined utilization of sterile polyethylene film and burn cream may be a novel and superior therapeutic approach for thermal burns. To distinguish this method from traditional moist burn therapy, this new therapy we proposed is named modified moist occlusive burn therapy (MMOBT).

【Abstract】
Objective To explore the efficacyof Scar Infusion Instrument on expression of Type I Collagen and Cell Proliferation Markers in Pathological Scars.
Methods 70 cases patients with pathologic scar admitted in our hospital from Augst 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with scar ointment. The treatment group was treated with scar ointment combined with scar The expression of COL-I in scar tissue was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The expression of ki-67 nuclear protein was determined by immunohistochemical staining (sp).
Results The efficacy of the study group was significantly better than the control group, the total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than the control group after 6 months treatment(P<0.05); The average COL-I and Ki67 nuclear protein expression in the single slice of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the 3th months, 6th months after treatment(P<0.001) .
Conclusions The scarring device is more effective in the treatment of pathological scar, and its mechanism may be related to the better inhibition of COL-I and ki-67 nucleoprotein expression.

Inhibitory Effect of Photodynamic Therapy on Keloids
光动力对瘢痕疙瘩的抑制效果研究
【Abstract】
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of photodynamic on keloid by observing the changes of various indicators of keloid under the action of different concentration of photosensitizer aminoketovaleric acid combined with laser.
Methods Fifteen healthy nude mice were randomly divided into experimental group 1, experimental group 2 and control group . Keloid tissue was implanted into the back to form stable pathological scars. 10% aminoketovaleric acid solution, 20% aminoketovaleric acid solution, saline solution were applied to the back of the nude mice within 4, 8 and 12 weeks, respectively, for half an hour, 635 nm CW laser irradiation, and scar tissue was cut at 6, 10 and 14 weeks for detection. Scar related indicators.
Results Scar index, number of fibroblasts, number of TGF-beta 1 protein and alpha-SMA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and more than 2 indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the experimental group 1. There was significant difference among the groups.
Conclusion 20% aminoketovaleric acid can produce cytotoxic effect, induce apoptosis of fibroblasts, regulate and reduce epithelial-mesenchymal transition of scar, and inhibit keloid.

Experimental Effect of Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Stress Urinary Incontinence Rats Model
and Efficient Tracking in vivo with MRI
脐带间充质干细胞治疗SUI鼠模及干细胞标记磁共振示踪检测体内的实验效果
【Abstract】
Objective To assess the effect of intra-sphincteric injections of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(HUMSCs) on leak point pressure (LPP) changes in an animal model of stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Meanwhile, to investigate in vivo MRI tracking HUMSCs in SUI rats using a clinically available paramagnetic contrast agent (Gd-DTPA) and commercially available effentence transfection reagents.
Materials and Methods HUMSCs were dual labeled with Gd-DTPA and PKH26, the labeling efficiency and longevity of Gd-DTPA maintenance were measured and cell viability and proliferation were assessed. 39 female Sprague–Dawley SUI rats .12 normal rats and 12 SUI rats received periurethral injection of PBS and 12 SUI rats were given periurethral injection of dual labeled HUMSCs. 3 SUI rat sreceived periurethral injection of unlabeled HUMSCs . Six weeks after injection, LPP was undertaken in animals . All rats were sacrificed and frozen urethra sections were submitted to pathology and immunohistochemistry assessment.
Results The labeling efficiency of Gd-DTPA was up to 80%, the labeling procedure did not influence cell viability and proliferation. The signal intensity on T1-weighted imaging and T1 values of labeled cells were significantly higher than those of unlabeled cells . In vitro, differentiated HUMSCs expressed myosin heavy chain(MHC) and desmin, markers of striated muscles. In vivo, immunohistochemistry of rat urethras revealed dual labeled HUMSCs in situ and at the injection site. LPP was significantly improved in animals injected with HUMSCs. Atrophic urethras with implanted HUMSCs were positively stained for MHC and desmin. The distribution and migration of labeled cells could be tracked by MRI more than 14 days after transplantation.
Conclusion HUMSCs have the ability to differentiate striated muscles,as demonstrated by MHC and desmin expression. Periurethral injection of HUMSCs in an animal model of SUI restored the damaged external urethral sphincter and significantly improved LPP. MRI can track Gd-DTPA –labled HUMSCs in an animal model of SUI in vivo.

截骨成形术的常见并发症的文献综述和荟萃分析
【Abstract】
Objective The purpose of this literature review and meta-analysis is to provide an overview of common complications (neurosensory disturbances, infection, hematoma, soft tissue ptosis, secondary surgery) of osteotomy genioplasty and their risk factors to help surgeons fully inform patients of the risks before surgery and minimize the risks associated with osteotomy genioplasty through timely prevention and management during the perioperative period.
Methods Multiple electronic databases were retrieved for reviews concerning common complications of osteotomy genioplasty. Randomized clinical trials, controlled clinical trials and cohort studies were considered for inclusion. The extracted data were analyzed by Rev-Man 5.3 software in order to calculate the pooled incidence of these complications and evaluate the related risk factors systematically.
Results Seventeen studies were included. The mean incidence for neurosensory disturbances [0.01, 95%CI (0.00-0.02)], infection [0.01, 95%CI (0.00-0.01)], hematoma [0.04, 95%CI (0.01-0.07)], soft tissue ptosis [0.02, 95%CI (0.00-0.05)] and secondary surgery [0.02, 95%CI (0.00-0.03)] were reported. Regularly reported risk factors for complications were patient's age and gender, general condition, smoking habits and surgical technique.
Conclusion In this study, a literature review and meta-analysis were performed to provide an overview of common complications of osteotomy genioplasty and their risk factors. This information may help the surgeon to minimize the risk of these complications and inform the patient about the risks of complications associated with osteotomy genioplasty.
